1. Send us the details
Let us know your postcode, the approximate number of knives and anything you have noticed about their condition. Photos are helpful for chips, broken tips and repairs.
2. Agree the work and appointment
We confirm the service and pricing, then arrange a suitable visit where mobile sharpening is available. If a repair needs further assessment, we explain that before proceeding.
3. Get back to using your knives
At the visit, we agree the work with you and sharpen in the mobile workshop. Straightforward jobs are normally completed during the visit; more involved repairs may need a different arrangement, which we will discuss with you.

For a home kitchen, sharpening can bring useful knives back into regular use without replacing them. For chefs and kitchen teams, the aim is dependable cutting performance and a service arranged around the work of the kitchen.
